It can be widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, solid waste treatment, cement, chemical, non-metallic minerals, etc. It is mainly used for grinding materials such as cement raw materials, clinker, desulfurization limestone powder, slag, steel slag manganese ore, coal mine, phosphate ore, etc. The materials ground range from high humidity (moisture content of 20-30%) to dry materials (<1%), from exceptionally difficult to grind to easily grindable materials, with product fineness ranging from coarse to fine, and a variety of grinding types.

Working Principle

The electric motor drives the reducer to rotate the grinding disc, and the material is fed into the center of the rotating grinding disc by the air locking feeding device. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material enters the powder grinding track. The grinding roller continuously rotates and crushes the material, causing it to be crushed by squeezing, grinding, and shearing. Hot air is evenly sprayed upwards from the air ring surrounding the grinding disc at high speed. The ground material is blown and dried, and then enters the classifier with the wind. Qualified fine powder passes smoothly and is collected by the dust collection equipment as the product. Unqualified coarse powder falls back to the grinding disc under the action of the classifier blades and is re ground together with the newly fed material. This cycle completes the entire grinding process.
